Research project that brings together actions and participatory dispositifs in public space.

Through the body, weaving, knotting, and walking, I explore hospitality as a political and affective practice, placing forms of encounter and community-building in tension.

Decretos / Si merezco vivir

Poetic and political research project that engages writing, embroidery, and action as gestures of persistence and memory. Through repetition, it addresses normalized violence and the fragility of life in contexts marked by fear and disappearance.

Circular / In Circles

Video installation made in Arraiolos, Portugal, from 28 walks around the circular wall of the town's castle. The repeated walk works as an embroidery stitch and probes the tradition of Arraiolos rugs: a craft that defines the town's identity and is now at risk of no longer being passed on.

Projects and Material Practices

Autonomous works that engage in dialogue with the central axes of my practice: body, materiality, ritual, and care. These projects expand and complicate the main lines of research from the intimate and the relational.
